False Creek Residence
False Creek Residence is a 24-unit residence. Each tenant has a private room and shares a bathroom with their neighboring tenant. On the main floor, the residence has a large dining room, complete with wall aquarium, snack area and full service kitchen, along with laundry facilities and computer lounge .
On the second floor is Porter's Place - a teaching kitchen with adjustment counters and stove to accommodate all of the tenants. The second floor also has a variety of exercise equipment for use with the physiotherapist who regularly visits the residence, along with the tenants recreation lounge , which includes a television, DVD player, a variety of games and a pool table.
